Phil Coleman, Founder & Team Leader

Phil has been called to lead people into a transforming relationship with Jesus Christ, and advance the ministry of the Church by enabling and empowering Christ-followers to serve Him, through their areas of giftedness and passion, throughout the community.

An ordained minister, Phil has spent the last 25+ years in worship ministry – leading worship, directing bands, vocal teams, choirs and orchestras, as well as media and production teams. He has also recently worked as a Product Specialist at Meridian Music in Carmel, Indiana. Prior to that, Phil was the Director of Enrollment Services at Cincinnati Christian University, and Project Director for Burke Marketing Research.

Phil has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration (Marketing), Carl H. Linder College of Business - University of Cincinnati. He also completed music degree coursework at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music including Music Theory, Music History, and Jazz Improvisation.

Over the years, he has served on the Platform Planning Committee and led worship for the North American Christian Convention, been the featured keyboardist on several Christian and secular music recordings, and worship team leader/vocalist at the Christian Artist’s Seminar (with Gospel Music Association) in Estes Park, CO. He has also produced and directed three Christian album projects.

Most recently he helped produce and was the Lighting Designer for the Jaci Velasquez Live DVD concert for her 2017 album "Trust."

Born and raised on the west-side of Cincinnati, Phil loves writing/arranging/recording music, Skyline Chili, Reds baseball, and working in the yard. Phil and his wife Traci have 3 grown daughters.
